Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website aibooth.be and the AI photo-booth experience it offers (the “Service”). The Service is operated by EchoLab (BE 1015.443.114 · RPR Gent), Moorselbaan 82, 9300 Aalst, Belgium (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@lykkefilms.com.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Booth is a photo-booth experience: a guest takes a photo and it is transformed into a styled portrait using third-party AI image models. On this website you can try the booth (a free AI test-drive) and book our physical photo-booth for events in Belgium.

The AI Booth software — yearly plans and photo credits that let you run the booth yourself on your own device — is a separate product sold at demhafuture.com under that site’s own terms. A purchase of that software is a contract with its provider, not with us.

2. Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian’s consent.

3. The free test-drive

New accounts receive a small number of free generations so you can try the styles. Generations are produced by automated AI models; free generations have no cash value and may be limited or changed at any time. To run the booth at scale or commercially, use the software product at demhafuture.com.

4. Your content

You and your guests keep all rights to photos you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service: processing photos through AI models, storing results, and displaying them in the galleries, QR pages and live walls you enable. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, or depicts people who have not agreed to take part. If you run the booth at an event, you are responsible for informing your guests and obtaining any consents required.

5. AI output

AI-generated images are produced by automated models and may be inaccurate, imperfect or unexpected. We do not guarantee any particular likeness or quality. Generated images are for personal and event use by you and your guests.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no reselling of access without our written consent, no generating content that is illegal, hateful, or sexualises minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may update features over time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising out of the free Service is limited to direct damages and to the amounts (if any) you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
